                Neezon develops <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">Shopify applications</strong> and related sites and documentation designed to enhance how merchants run their
                stores. We aim to provide reliable tools and support while respecting privacy. Depending on your region, the data controller for certain processing may be the Neezon entity
                identified on your contract or invoice. For general privacy inquiries, use the contact section at the end of this page.

                  <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">Website and marketing.</strong> Basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed), cookies or similar
                  technologies where allowed, and information you submit through forms (for example, name and email).

                  <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">Shopify apps.</strong> Data required to operate an app for a merchant store—only to the extent necessary to deliver the
                  functionality you expect. That can include identifying products, customers, or shop configuration as permitted by Shopify’s APIs and the scopes you approve when you
                  install the app; ensuring the app runs reliably and integrates with your store; and settings you save in the app (for example, discount or promotion configuration).

                <li>Authenticate users where applicable, prevent abuse, and protect security;</li>
                <li>Respond to support requests and communicate about service changes;</li>

                We <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">do not sell</strong> your personal information and we <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">do not rent</strong>{' '}
                or share customer data accessed through our apps with third parties for their own marketing. Where we rely on consent (for example, certain marketing cookies), you may withdraw it
                at any time.

              <p className="mt-4 leading-relaxed">
                For data our apps access through Shopify to serve your store: we use it <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">only</strong> to deliver app functionality. We follow
                Shopify’s requirements for protected customer data.
              </p>

              <p className="mt-4 leading-relaxed">
                <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">No copy of that customer data on Neezon servers for ongoing storage.</strong> Accessed data is transmitted securely and used
                as needed to fulfill the app’s features; processing is consistent with Shopify’s environment and API policies, not repurposed for unrelated databases on our side.
              </p>

              <p className="mt-4 leading-relaxed">We apply the following practices:</p>

                  <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">Minimal access</strong> — we request only the data necessary for the app to function.
                </li>

                <li>
                  <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">Shopify’s guidelines</strong> — we follow Shopify’s rules for managing protected customer data.
                </li>

                <li>
                  <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">Security in transit</strong> — data interactions use encryption and are managed securely in line with industry practice.
                </li>
              </ul>

              <p className="mt-4 leading-relaxed">
                If you <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">uninstall</strong> a Neezon app, permissions granted for data access are revoked, and we do not retain that app’s
                customer data on Neezon servers for ongoing use.

              <p className="mt-4 leading-relaxed">
                Merchants install our apps through Shopify. Shopify processes merchant and end-customer data under its own policies and agreements. We use subprocessors (such as hosting or email
                delivery) bound by confidentiality and security commitments appropriate to their role. You may request a current list of subprocessors using the contact details at the end of this
                policy.

                We comply with applicable data protection laws, including, where relevant, the <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">GDPR</strong> and the{' '}
                <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">CCPA</strong> (and similar U.S. state laws). As part of Shopify’s ecosystem, we design our apps so merchants can meet their
                obligations; merchants remain responsible for their storefronts and customer relationships.

                —we do not retain that category on our servers like a merchant database.

                <strong className="text-zinc-900 dark:text-zinc-100">Other information</strong> (websites, support, billing, security logs) may be retained only as long as needed for the purposes
                in this policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Periods depend on the data type and whether you remain an active customer.

                live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise rights with respect to data
                Neezon processes, contact us using the details below. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
